Privacy Policy

1. Needr (Application) and Coffee Team (Organization) will never sell or share your (User) information with a third-party.
2. Other than the Application’s functionality of sharing personal needs (Share) with other Users the User knows and trust, data from the Application is not public, is stored in the Apple iCloud, and is cached on the Users’ devices.
3. The Organization will not review user data without your consent, and only in the act of troubleshooting a persistent crash or other issue preventing your use of the application.

Data Removal

1. Application data will remain in iCloud until removed by the User through the application or their Apple iCloud console.
2. Share data will remain in iCloud until remove by the owning User through the application or their Apple iCloud console.
3. Depending on initial Share access granted, other Users may remove Share objects.
4. Share member Users that are not owners who are removed by the Share’s owning User will lose access to shared data as soon as possible, and local cache should remove the next time they are online, if not already when access is revoked or the share is deleted.

Data Recovery

1. The Application is not built for critical persistence. Should a Share or object be deleted, it is gone forever. There are plans for allowing an “undo” function in the future, and this policy will be updated to reflect this when available.
